  Amazing vets. Always treat myself and my animals to a very high standard. Nothing is too hard or too inconvenient for them. There happy to answer questions. They always have the animals best interests in mind and refuse to do unnecessary procedures. My clients also come here and feel the same way when I've asked for feedback. Brilliant vets and have used all of their surgeries.

  26th June 2017.Took a female cat for neutering to the Wainfleet surgery. As arranged the neutering was carried out at the Spilsby surgery with the cat being returned by the practice to Wainfleet for collection. On returning the post-operative cat to Wainfleet the person in charge of transporting the cat DID NOT bother to check the travelling box cage door was secure and allowed the cat to escape. This is the sort of gross negligence you do not expect from so called `professionals.` Veterinary practice in the UK is unregulated and unaccountable. From our experience this is a veterinary practice that is better avoided.
